MainActor Broadcast Patch v1.01

This patch updates MainActor Broadcast v1.00 to version number v1.01.

MainActor Broadcast v1.00 has to be installed correctly on your
system !

Changes from v1.00
------------------

-Fixed two bugs in the FLI/FLC saver modules. These bugs could cause
 some PC players to crash if empty (dummy) frames were encountered
 within the animation.

-Fixed some smaller bugs in the sound suport routines, the following
 modules have been changed : IFF-8SVX, MED, OctaMED, RIFF-WAV.

-Implemented a new sound module : AIFF (8/16 bit).

-Fixed a bug in the ModeID filter, for example 24 Bit IFF picturelists
 were often recognized as EHB pictures.

-Better recognition of damaged IFF-AnimX Animations.

-Some smaller bugfixes.
